I had the opportunity to work with Bo in 2014-2018 at the MMSRG. He was a project leader (Executive Succession Pool) whose main goal was to prepare organization and their leaders toward future functions and next steps of the careers. It was a great opportunity to get to know Bo as a good man and colleague, who offered advice and assistance, and spread his professional approach to all activities. In my opinion, he confirmed his organizational skills by opening many opportunities to learn about the functioning of the organization at the international level, creating a room for an open discussion on the changes necessary to implement and the selection of development directions among local leaders. One of the most important aspects was to create individual personal development plans based on specific personality profiles and the company's strategy. Here he confirms his outstanding interpersonal skills, high culture of conversation and above-average developed emotional intelligence. I appreciate Bo's fantastic sense of humor thanks to which the most difficult matters were discussed in a great and constructive atmosphere
