  • 30+ team workshops to improve communication and trust

You cannot develop people but you can help them develop themselves. For too long learning has been something we have told our people to do, to endure, rather than something we are offering them to manage and take advantage of.

I believe Learning and Development professionals need to become facilitators and counsellors of learning opportunities, and I believe the main task of leaders in the 2020s will be to worry less about their role as leaders and more about what they can do to make leadership happen when they are not in the room.
